As Partner and Senior Project Manager of Multi-Family Development at SeaLevel Properties, Mike is charged with ensuring the successful oversight and completion of our developments from the land acquisition phase through final closeout.

Mike brings nearly ten years of experience in urban planning, urban design, project management and public administration. Mike previously worked for an eastside municipality as a Senior Planner and provides expertise in many facets of land development including project management, multi-family housing, parks, commercial/retail and large single family plats. In total, Mike has played a key role in the creation of over 500 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail development.

A native of the Puget Sound region, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Betony and two sons Bernie and Fox. Mike’s interests are rooted in the northwest and include snowboarding, camping, live music and golf.
