EMAILAs Partner and Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions, John oversees all of SeaLevel Properties strategic placement of acquisition dollars. John’s other primary responsibilities include the financial analysis of new multi-family opportunities, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, structuring joint venture agreements, managing due diligence activities, creating property specific re/development strategies, and overseeing asset management, as well as the design/entitlement process for SeaLevel Properties.
John joined SeaLevel Properties after successfully starting and managing his own real estate advisory/investment company. Prior to this John worked for a prominent mixed use multi-family developer in Seattle, where he managed all acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. In all, John has managed the successful completion of over $595M in multi-family real estate transactions totaling more that 3,300 units in Washington State over the past 13 years.
As a native and current resident of Issaquah, John’s passion for local businesses helping shape Washington State run strong. In his free time, John enjoys fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife Katherine and three kids.

EMAILAs Partner and Director of Multi-Family Development, Kyle provides hands-on management, coordination and oversight in all aspects of multi-family building development, including entitlements and permitting, design/development process, selecting and managing consultant teams, all phases of construction, and project close out.
Kyle has over 12 years of construction and development experience including managing pre-construction and construction on a variety of multi-family and commercial development projects. Kyle previously worked for a prominent local area developer for the past eight years and a large GC prior to that. Throughout his career, Kyle has managed tenant improvements, yacht refits, high-rise residential towers, and everything in between. All in all, Kyle has played a key role in over $600M in commercial and multi-family development.
An Issaquah native, Kyle is an avid sports fan, enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. He has a passion for the northwest and everything this community has to offer, from the mountains to the sound.

Multi-Family Development
EMAILAs Partner and Senior Project Manager of Multi-Family Development at SeaLevel Properties, Mike is charged with ensuring the successful oversight and completion of our developments from the land acquisition phase through final closeout.
Mike brings nearly ten years of experience in urban planning, urban design, project management and public administration. Mike previously worked for an eastside municipality as a Senior Planner and provides expertise in many facets of land development including project management, multi-family housing, parks, commercial/retail and large single family plats. In total, Mike has played a key role in the creation of over 500 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail development.
A native of the Puget Sound region, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Betony and two sons Bernie and Fox. Mike’s interests are rooted in the northwest and include snowboarding, camping, live music and golf.
Senior Manager
Development
EMAILAs Senior Development Manager, James focuses on all aspects of the multifamily development and acquisition processes including financial analysis, negotiating and structuring agreements, due diligence, entitlements and permitting, design, selecting and managing consultants, construction, close-out, and asset management.
James has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate spread across the development and commercial banking industries. Prior to joining SeaLevel, James worked for a prominent Puget Sound developer, and prior to that worked in the real estate development and banking industries in Chicago. Throughout his career James has worked on a variety of asset types and classes, everything from luxury for-sale condominiums and townhomes to Class-A office projects to high-rise multifamily projects.
James holds a BS from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Washington. He enjoys long hikes throughout the PNW with his wife and dog, listening to new music and playing guitar, and traveling and trying new foods.

EMAILLorrelle Klinger is a seasoned multi-family expert and asset manager with two decades of experience managing assets in the mid and luxury markets. Through her network she forms long-term partnerships with owners to create value strategies and high-performing revenue streams. What makes Lorrelle unique is her white glove yet hands-on approach, acquired over a decade on the property management side of the business. She has worked in many roles, advancing from sales-driven leasing to regional VP overseeing all facets of the business.
Through her work on 25 lease-ups (4,046 units) and multiple renovations and stabilizations, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of the rental landscape. Lorrelle has a proven track record of maximizing financial results. She has achieved market defining renewal rates through her ability to create desirable lifestyle properties that attract the most discerning clientele. From hiring and training best-in class staff to developing systems to ensure consistency across all roles, she understands and delivers a five-star customer service experience. She takes a proactive approach to identifying and addressing any potential concerns to protect the asset. Lorrelle has put her stamp on some of Seattle’s most notable properties. She works at the intersection of asset management and property management to provide a hassle-free way for owners to optimize their multi-family.
Lorrelle is a Seattle native and enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling. She has a passion for wellness and loves traveling to hydrothermal spas all over the world.

EMAILFor more than 15 years, American Classic Homes Co-founder Michael Gladstein has cultivated a successful career in the residential construction and development industry in the greater Seattle area. Michael has managed dozens of residential developments in East King County, with responsibilities ranging from site selection to permitting, home design, construction and sales. He is a detailed-oriented, hands-on manager who visits jobsites daily.

EMAILSeaLevel Properties co-founder Joel Mezistrano oversees the finance and accounting for multi-family acquisitions. He brings experience both as a business executive and real estate investor.
Joel graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics. Beginning his career as a consultant with Accenture, Joel moved on to be a software executive at several successful startup software companies through periods of rapid growth. Joel’s specialty is business process automation and he has spent a significant amount of time in the banking and finance industry.
Joel is an avid foodie who enjoys traveling with his three sons and his wife Hoda.
