Kyle is a Partner and Director of Multifamily Development at SeaLevel Properties, where he leads projects from the early stages of entitlement and design through construction and completion. With more than 20 years of experience in construction and development, Kyle brings a hands-on approach to managing projects, building strong consultant and contractor teams, and navigating the many moving parts that go into bringing a development to life.

Before joining SeaLevel Properties, Kyle worked for a prominent local developer and, earlier in his career, for a large general contractor. His experience spans a wide range of projects, from tenant improvements and yacht refits to high-rise residential towers and multifamily developments. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in more than $800 million of commercial and multifamily development.

An Issaquah native, Kyle has a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, following sports, playing golf, traveling, and getting outdoors. He enjoys exploring the Northwest, from its mountains and trails to the waters of Puget Sound.

As Partner and Operations Manager at SeaLevel Properties, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, supporting the smooth execution of our multifamily apartment developments. He manages key internal processes including project accounting coordination, insurance policy management, securing entitlements, and overall development project administration. His work ensures that each project progresses efficiently from acquisition through final closeout.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily development, drawing from a background in project management, urban planning, and public administration. Prior to joining SeaLevel, he worked as an urban planner for an Eastside municipality, where he contributed to a range of development efforts including large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Over the course of his career, he has helped bring to life more than 1,500 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

A Puget Sound native, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and getting outside whenever he can — especially for snowboarding, camping, live music, and golf.

Lorrelle Klinger is a seasoned multi-family expert and asset manager with two decades of experience managing assets in the mid and luxury markets. Through her network she forms long-term partnerships with owners to create value strategies and high-performing revenue streams. What makes Lorrelle unique is her white glove yet hands-on approach, acquired over a decade on the property management side of the business. She has worked in many roles, advancing from sales-driven leasing to regional VP overseeing all facets of the business.

Through her work on 25 lease-ups (4,046 units) and multiple renovations and stabilizations, she has developed an in-depth knowledge of the rental landscape. Lorrelle has a proven track record of maximizing financial results. She has achieved market defining renewal rates through her ability to create desirable lifestyle properties that attract the most discerning clientele. From hiring and training best-in class staff to developing systems to ensure consistency across all roles, she understands and delivers a five-star customer service experience. She takes a proactive approach to identifying and addressing any potential concerns to protect the asset. Lorrelle has put her stamp on some of Seattle’s most notable properties. She works at the intersection of asset management and property management to provide a hassle-free way for owners to optimize their multi-family.

Lorrelle is a Seattle native and enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling. She has a passion for wellness and loves traveling to hydrothermal spas all over the world.

Matt’s role as a Senior Project Manager involves active management of projects within the various cycles of development.  From planning and permitting to construction support and beyond, he is involved in all phases of the building cycle.

With nearly a decade of experience in commercial construction, Matt has built a career rooted in skill, precision, and dedication.  Before arriving at SeaLevel, he spent many years working for a large general contractor within the Greater Seattle area.

Matt holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington State University.  Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife, dog, and kids.  He enjoys supporting his kids in school and sports, cooking, and is a staunch supporter of his sports teams.

For more than 15 years, American Classic Homes Co-founder Michael Gladstein has cultivated a successful career in the residential construction and development industry in the greater Seattle area. Michael has managed dozens of residential developments in East King County, with responsibilities ranging from site selection to permitting, home design, construction and sales. He is a detailed-oriented, hands-on manager who visits jobsites daily.

SeaLevel Properties co-founder Joel Mezistrano oversees the finance and accounting for multi-family acquisitions. He brings experience both as a business executive and real estate investor.

Joel graduated with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics. Beginning his career as a consultant with Accenture, Joel moved on to be a software executive at several successful startup software companies through periods of rapid growth. Joel’s specialty is business process automation and he has spent a significant amount of time in the banking and finance industry.

Joel is an avid foodie who enjoys traveling with his three sons and his wife Hoda.
