SeaLevel Properties constructed a new multi-family development with ground floor retail on the Sammamish Plateau known as SAMM Apartments. The project is inclusive of 92 apartment units and associated amenity spaces. SAMM is located adjacent to Eastside Catholic High School, set back from the roadway from a wetland/natural area.
