The Harvey Family Funeral Home in Fremont will remain standing for at least a while longer, though the business closed at some point last year — then merged with Columbia Funeral Home. Prometheus Real Estate owns the corner development site at 508 N. 36th St., and the city issued it a master use permit last week for the planned apartments, now dubbed Frank.
