Kyle is a Partner and Director of Multifamily Development at SeaLevel Properties, where he leads projects from the early stages of entitlement and design through construction and completion. With more than 20 years of experience in construction and development, Kyle brings a hands-on approach to managing projects, building strong consultant and contractor teams, and navigating the many moving parts that go into bringing a development to life.

Before joining SeaLevel Properties, Kyle worked for a prominent local developer and, earlier in his career, for a large general contractor. His experience spans a wide range of projects, from tenant improvements and yacht refits to high-rise residential towers and multifamily developments. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in more than $800 million of commercial and multifamily development.

An Issaquah native, Kyle has a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, following sports, playing golf, traveling, and getting outdoors. He enjoys exploring the Northwest, from its mountains and trails to the waters of Puget Sound.
