110-Unit, 108,000 Sq. Ft.  Downtown Issaquah Apartment Building Already 60 Percent Leased

SeaLevel Properties (www.sealevelproperties.com) a local multifamily developer, today announced the launch of the Vale Apartments (www.liveatvale.com), a new five-story boutique multifamily residential building in Issaquah, Wash..

Located at 995 7th Ave NW in the heart of downtown Issaquah, the new 108,000 sq. ft., 110-unit residential apartment building features a mix of open one-bedroom, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, along with ground-floor loft units. Pre-leasing began earlier this year and since the building’s soft opening in May, the Vale has leased more than 60 percent of its available units.
